Hello all,
I'm on the path to 100, been at it for exactly 1 year now. I'm leaner and healthier than I've ever felt. Been the "fat kid" all my life, now not so! Long time lurker, just wanted to drop by and say I love reading everyone's posts. I've been under a lot of stress with work and studies recently, so I was just wondering: how do all of you deal with food cravings and fitting in exercise when responsibilities start to creep in? I've been good with making lifestyle changes but occasionally I get the urge to skip out on a few hours of sleep, or make a few (logged) caloric mistakes. I'm well aware that, when I was obese, it was because I would be up all night every night and constantly eat (and eat junk food, at that). So how do you folks handle it?
