I’ll start: This is more of an update for yesterday since I never commented in the end. We got home at 3 AM last night and slept at 4...every night I’ve missed my sleep goal this month has been because I’ve gotten home late...way more social stuff than normal. I’d like to get in a better schedule this week though. I’m noticing that with all these late nights I waste half the day and don’t get much done. Based on my logging I went way over maintenance yesterday. I had 3 drinks (decided to skip pain meds so I could) and the calories really add up. But I did do my physio so there’s that! Today we’re going to the art fair we meant to visit yesterday. And eating healthy food after a few days of uncharacteristically crappy nutrition. Have a good day everyone!
