I was a major crap eater. All I would eat is chocolate. I decided to change that and to lose weight a few months ago but I would fall back into my old habits every time I’m stressed. I wrote a piece of paper that said: “ I know you want to eat badly, but please count to 1000 before.”
It saved me today from eating a lot of crap. I know this is just a silly small thing but I’m really proud of it. I was so happy that I counted to 1000 first and I didn’t touch these stuff. I’m giving them away tomorrow to people that can enjoy it. I wad so proud that I went training instead of stress-eating.
