SW: 240 CW: 183 GW: 150 h: 5'6
I posted here at 50 down but found some pictures from September 2017 that I most likely took at the beginning of a new diet. I didn't start to really lose weight until about 7 months ago but I'm so glad I took those pictures. I know that this was my highest weight in the photos, but I'm not sure if it was 240 - I was refusing to weigh myself back then and assumed I was still floating around 200 until I got weighed at the drs in December 2017.
My gut is healing a bit and I'm sticking to paleo/SCD with some modifications. Seems that every week or so I find another problem food! As soon as my depressive episode clears up a bit I want to start adding some light exercise but I have to wait for my energy to come back. I know that if I establish a good exercise routine, I might be able to slog through the next episode and seasonal depression a little more easily. Right now, I'm trying to appreciate my body for doing what it can. I'm saving a lot of my energy for making real food and had the most delicious salad today!
